Gergely Ács received his PhD from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics (BME), where he conducted research at the Laboratory of Cryptography and System Security (CrySyS Lab). He is currently an Associate Professor at BME. Previously, he worked as a postdoctoral researcher and later as a research engineer in the Privatics team at INRIA in France. His research interests include data protection and security, as well as machine learning in these contexts.
