After his studies at the Széchenyi István University and Deutsche Telekom Fachhochschule, he started working on IP network integration within the KFKI group. Later he worked in the network division of Siemens in the design of service systems. It was here that he was introduced to the high scalability and service level capabilities of Juniper Networks core routers. He became so immersed in this portfolio that there was no doubt that when Juniper Networks opened its Central and Eastern European office in Budapest in 2007, he was the first employee to support its rollout into service systems in the region. Today, almost all telecom operators in the region use Juniper equipment, some of them building their critical IP infrastructure exclusively from it.
In his presentation, he will give an overview of which platforms have the capabilities to fit into a modern Internet Exchange network and will show why Juniper Networks is successful in this area, including some regional references.
