The Product Owner of the PEC Service will have the following responsibilities:
– Interface with the business for the definition of RoadMaps and priorities of developments with impact on the PEC service;
– Infrastructure Management: Collaborate with the department responsible for systems to ensure that the technological infrastructure necessary for the PEC service is adequate, secure and reliable. Plan and coordinate infrastructure updates and maintenance, ensuring service continuity.
– Security and Compliance Management: ensure that the PEC service complies with the indications received from the Security and Compliance departments regarding the rules and practices to be applied. Evaluate and define technological solutions to eliminate-mitigate the risks and threats reported by the Security and Compliance departments.
– With the support of the managers of the teams involved, identify and choose between the technical implementation alternatives in order to optimize the functioning of the service, respecting the budget, the available resources and the functioning of the other services that use the same transversal components;
– Support the various team managers in defining the estimates necessary for the Business Cases of the Roadmap projects;
– With the support of the managers of the teams involved and the support of the PMO, coordinate and align the activities relating to the PEC projects on the different teams, based on the priorities agreed with the business;
– With the support of the managers of the teams involved, define the actions necessary to resolve and prevent incidents relating to the PEC service;
– With the support of the managers of the teams involved, define the needs and budget of development costs, based on the RoadMap and the management activities necessary to guarantee the functioning of the PEC service according to the standards agreed with the business.
